About the Aloha Farms Hawaii Sea Salts:
Direct from the deep ocean waters off the island of Moloka’i, Aloha Farms Hawaii brings the worlds purest gourmet volcanic Sea Salts and offers a variety sea salts that are all GMO Free, Kosher certified and Made In Hawaii®. Ancient Hawaiian have been harvesting sea salt for centuries and the Hawaiian’s consider “Pa’aki” (Hawaiian word for sea salt) as a sacred ingredient. Building on this tradition, we use modern and state-of-the-art facilities that extract waters from the deep water off Moloka’i and filtered through a 8-level enclosed water filtration purification system that exceeds FDA bottled-water standards. The purity of the sea salts are then sent into 660+ solar paneled evaporators for sea salt extraction and then processed in a HACCP certified facility.
